After every dump (if swap out is needed) your time and cost will start over. New constructions are given 60 day rentals.

All containers come with a 14-day or 30-day rental period depending on the size. If additional time is needed beyond your rental, an $8.00 per day fee will apply. To extend your rental, please give us a call at least one day in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your project schedule.
If a dumpster needs to be swapped out after a dump, your rental time and associated costs will reset, giving you a fresh period to complete your work. For new construction projects, we provide 60-day rentals to ensure ample time for larger-scale projects.
